They are very fast and courteous but VERY EXPENSIVE. I usually do my own work on my Subaru as this economy is nuts, alas, I was on a road trip so didnt have an option and knew I needed new brake pads and two new calipers before I traveled back east. I told them this and they still did a diagnostics on my brakes. They charged me $1600 for that diagnostics, all new calipers, brake pads, and labor. Im not sure if these are just Cali prices but I was in shock. Last time I did this myself cost was: $345

Helped me in a jam. My car would make it back up the hill. Had to leave it over the weekend. Very thorough diagnosti. Had my husband review the recommendations. We only did the absolutely necessary repairs. Thankful to have them right in town.
